We hold the actual dealer systems — Ford FDRS, Stellantis Diagbox, Mercedes XENTRY, VW Group ODIS and JLR Pathfinder — so we can program modules, code keys, update software and run the maker's own guided fault-finding on 12 makes. Everything else gets professional multi-brand diagnostics.

- Book online into the real diary. The slot you pick is a slot we have free — the booking lands in the same system we run the day from.
- A written sheet with every job. Service and PDI sheets record what was checked and measured, with any advisories, and are filed against your registration.
- Pay how you like. Card in the workshop, a secure pay-online link on your emailed invoice, or bank transfer.
- Straight answers. If it is not worth fixing we will tell you. If it can wait, we will say so.
