First 4 Towbars Ltd (trading as Oswins Garage) is the data controller for information you give us through this website.

What we collect and why

When you book or send a request we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, your vehicle registration and what you tell us about the job. We use it to carry out and confirm your booking, to contact you about the work, to invoice you and, for security-related work, to keep the record the SERMI scheme requires. We do not sell it or use it for marketing without asking.

How it is stored

Booking details are encrypted before they are stored on our server and can only be opened in the workshop. Service and job records are kept with your vehicle's history. SERMI identity records are kept for five years as the scheme requires, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted (subject to records we are legally required to keep), or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Ring 01664 793055 or write to us at the workshop address.
